We are happy to welcome prospective students both at university open house events and during individual visits. Students interested in applying for admission to the Honors College are encouraged to attend an open house session to learn more about the honors community and the benefits available to honors students at Towson University.
At TU360° Open House programs, you'll get an overview of the university and the chance to talk one-on-one with your future professors and classmates. You will learn about the different colleges that make up our university, and we'll have programs for you and your parents, plus an information fair and light lunch. Reservations are required for open house programs.

TU4U is a celebration of everything TU, and what the university can be for you. You'll get the chance to meet many other students who have been admitted to Towson University, ask questions about your major from professors and college representatives, meet current students from a variety of clubs and organizations, find out information from numerous departments, and explore campus during a student-led campus tour. You might even meet your future roommate.
The Honors College hosts an invitation-only special program for admitted students during TU4U, which is typically held the second weekend of April.
TU4U is not required for you to enroll at Towson University. It’s an information day that lets us show you what TU can be for you.
After you've visited Towson University to attend an open house or tour, you may find it helpful in your application and decision process to meet with a member of our staff, to sit in on an Honors College class or to meet with a current student. Depending on availability, this can be scheduled by contacting us directly at email@example.com. To make the best use of your time while here, we suggest you first spend some time reviewing the various parts of the Honors College program. We ask that requests for individual visits be made at least two weeks in advance.
General information about campus tours and visiting TU can be found on the Admissions website. The university is closed for all national holidays and between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.
