Campus Recreation supports the TU Community's pursuit of a healthy, active lifestyle by offering recreational facilities and dynamic programming.
Come work out in our Fitness Center, complete with cardio machines, plate-loaded and selectorized weight equipment and free weights. There are also mats available for stretching or floor workouts.
Group Fitness Classes, offered in the fall and spring semesters, provide participants with a structured, results-focused regimen in a group setting. Participants of all fitness levels are encouraged to attend.
