Campus Recreation Services supports the TU Community's pursuit of a healthy, active lifestyle by offering first-rate facilities and dynamic programming.
Come work out in our 8,500 square foot state-of-the-art Fitness Center, which features two levels of cardio machines, plate-loaded and selectorized weight equipment and free weights.
Group Exercise Classes provide participants with a structured, results-focused regimen in a group setting. Participants of all fitness levels are encouraged to attend.
Our team of nationally certified Personal Trainers will create individualized programs to help you achieve your fitness goals.
