Functional Awareness Workshop
Functional Awareness (FA) is a practical somatic approach that provides a series of explorations in experiential anatomy to enhance our understanding of movement function, facilitate ease in body action, and improve dynamic alignment. This workshop will be led by Nancy Wanich-Romita.
Being that TUCD's primary role is as an educational institution for children, we adhere to the Baltimore County Public Schools' policy on inclement weather; if Baltimore County Public Schools are closed, so is TUCD.
