* Health insurance is required for immigration to the USA. If you do not have insurance, you may purchase group student health insurance at Towson. If you have insurance from your own country, it must be approved by the Dowell Health Center on campus within the first week of school. If it is rejected, then you will be obligated to purchase the group health insurance immediately. This complies with US Immigration policy
Important Fee Information
If the ELC issues a Form I-20 for a student visa (F-1) for 12 months' study (3 semesters), you must verify that you have $30,800 for study and living expenses. (See Application Form)
Students who intend to study for just for spring and fall terms must show $26,500.
If you have a letter of support providing you free room and board, you must verify $15,800.00 for study and living expenses. If you verify $14,300.00, you must submit a Letter of Willingness. (See Application Form)
Tuition and Activity fee are NOT REFUNDABLE after the first week of ELC classes.
I'm still in the USA and I live in Delaware. I got my associate’s degree in Accounting at CCBC Essex and I graduated in May, 2013 from Wilmington University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. Now, I'm doing my MBA at the same school and I'm supposed to graduate next spring. By starting the ELC at Towson University gave me an advantage to start my academic classes early. It was the right place for me to start my English courses and I had the best time ever. ELC has been an amazing experience that I will never forget.
