Baltimore Region Rental Housing Code Requirements

•Baltimore County: No more than (2) two unrelated persons can live together in a single family dwelling.
In addition, a valid Rental Housing License as of 1/1/09 will be required for rental properties that are single family dwellings or have one to six units."

•Baltimore City: No more than (4) four unrelated persons can live together in a single family dwelling.
