Freshmen admitted to the university for the fall 2015 semester can go online to pay their $350 non-refundable housing deposit and sign a housing contract for the 2015 – 2016 academic year starting 9:00 a.m. Monday, February 2, 2015 thru 5:00 p.m. E. T. Friday, May 1, 2015.
Freshmen who would prefer to live in Paca House or Tubman House (Capstone Properties) can apply by going to Capstone's website: www.pacatubman.com. Students looking for Millennium Hall may apply at http://millenniumhall.com
Transfer Housing - Spring 2015
Housing is not available for transferring students at this time. Please check back to this website on Thursday, December 11 regarding the availability of housing. If housing is available at that time, you will be provided instructions on where to go online to pay the $350 housing deposit and sign a housing contract for the spring 2015 semester. Housing is not guaranteed and may not become available, so we strongly suggest you look into off-campus housing options in the community. You can apply online to live in the Capstone Properties (Paca House or Tubman House) at: www.pacatubman.com or you will find off-campus listings on the following Housing & Residence Life website: www.towson.edu/housing/offcampus.
Continuing Students - Fall 2014
Room Changes/Room Sign-up (May 5 - May 9):
Students interested in changing their room should go to the Housing & Residence Life office Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m. Any students who did not sign-up for a room previously can sign-up in HRL during this time. Roommate requests must come together.
Any current full-time student who lives off-campus and is interested in moving on-campus is eligible if they meet the following criteria:
Must be a full-time student registered at TU with a minimum of 12 credit hours.
Have accumulated 29 or fewer credit hours (not including the current semester’s classes).
Have not previously lived in university housing.
If you meet all the above criteria, it will depend on when you would like to move on-campus as to the process you need to follow.
