Once admitted to the university, you will need to activate your student email address in order to logon to the Student Housing Gateway (see the 2015 To Do List for more details - It normally takes 1-2 business days, after email account activation, before you can logon). Once in the gateway, you will be required to do the following:
By paying the $350 non-refundable deposit and signing the housing contract the student is committed to living in University Housing for the 2015/2016 academic year.
After having completed the online process, a confirmation will be emailed to your Towson Email address confirming your housing for the 2015/2016 academic year.
*Please Note: Since Paca and Tubman Houses are not operated by the university, the non-refundable Housing Deposit paid to the University is not transferable to Capstone. Also, any monies paid to Capstone cannot be transferred to the University.
Transferring students are not guaranteed on-campus housing and only a limited number of housing contracts may be accepted if space becomes available. Please check back to this website on May 7, 2015 and information will be posted at that time regarding the availability of housing for the 2015/2016 academic year.
All students who are eligible and interested in returning to University Housing, will be emailed instructions (to your Towson Email address by Friday, February 13) on how and when to pay the housing deposit. If you do not receive these materials or have questions regarding this process, call Housing & Residence Life at 410-704-2516.
Students must agree to the terms and conditions of the housing contract and pay the $350 non-refundable housing deposit between the dates below. This deposit will be credited to your Spring 2016 semester account if you remain in university housing. By paying the $350 non-refundable deposit and signing the housing contract, the student is committed to living in University Housing for the 2015/2016 academic year.

Are you currently living in on-campus housing and interested in living in a Residential Learning Community for the 2015-2016 academic year? Please consider filling out a Residential Learning Communities Mentor Interest form by Thursday March 5, 2015.
Any current full-time student who lives off-campus and is interested in moving on-campus is eligible if they meet the following criteria:
