Screened Majors

Admission to the university does not guarantee admission to "screened" majors. Students who wish to apply to a screened major must satisfy additional admission requirements. Some screened majors require students to meet certain academic and/or curricular criteria, such as completing prerequisite courses or attaining a specific average, before they are admitted to these programs. Other programs require a portfolio review or audition for admission.

The majors listed below are screened. Requirements for admission to these programs are published in the Undergraduate Catalog and on the academic department websites.
