The ATOD (Alcohol, Tobacco and other Drugs) Center provides expertise in the development and coordination of ATOD education and prevention activities on campus. The Center supports the Peer Education/Counseling Program on campus, works with the Baltimore County ATOD prevention coordinator to support ATOD prevention and education activities within the community and works to implement a social marketing campaign on campus regarding patterns of alcohol and other drug use on campus.
Campus Recreation Services (CRS) is made up of seven program areas: Adventure Pursuits, Aquatics, Fitness and Wellness, Informal Recreation, Intramural Sports, Special Events, and Sport Clubs. Participants are invited to enjoy amenities to include kayaking, group exercise classes, open swim, flag football and many other activities.
The Counseling Center provides a variety of counseling services to students. The Center is a resource to the university as a whole, providing programs, trainings, teaching and consultation to students, faculty and staff.
Dining services is managed by Chartwells, a division of Compass Group, a worldwide leader in providing excellent service. Dining Services works closely with the university administration, Food Advisory Committee, SGA and students. Dining Services has 13 locations and menu options ranging from traditional favorites to vegetarian, kosher and halal cuisine. Dining Services also offers an array of healthy options through the Balanced Choices nutrition program.
Disability Support Services (DSS) provides services that afford students with disabilities an equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of the educational environment. The office collaborates with students, faculty and staff to create a welcoming campus that meets the needs of students with disabilities. Eligibility for these services is determined individually by the DSS office based on documented need. Students are encouraged to register with DSS as soon as possible after admission to the university to ensure timely provision of services.

The Health Center provides a variety of high quality primary care health services including health education and promotion. The Health Center aims to help students learn to take an active and proactive role in their own health by addressing students' immediate health care needs, promoting wellness and responsible health behavior.
The following resources for faculty and staff have been taken from the Counseling Center's Helping Students in Distress Resource Guide, and the Towson University Eating Disorder Intervention Guidelines and are designed to help faculty and staff assist students in distress by encouraging students to use campus resources, including facilitating a referral to the Counseling Center, Health Center, and Disability Support Services.

The Speech, Language and Hearing Center is part of the Towson University Department of Audiology, Speech-Language Pathology and Deaf Studies. The Center's professional staff and student interns provide evaluation and treatment services to a wide variety of clients. Clinical services are available to everyone including children and adults from the surrounding community as well as Towson University faculty, staff, students and their families.
The Wellness Center is a fully equipped fitness facility with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training equipment for the use of TU faculty and staff. Supported by Towson University's College of Health Professions, The Heart Institute at St. Joseph Medical Center, and Greater Baltimore Medical Center, the Wellness Center offers a range of programs and services designed to promote health and wellness.
