Life @ TU

From sports programs to group exercise, TU offers countless ways to stay in shape and have fun. Join an intramural team or student-run sport club to stay active through sports and meet new people. De-stress by going on an adventure trip or becoming a regular in a yoga class. Work up a sweat using a cardio machine or attending a group exercise class.

Towson students, faculty and staff have free access to all campus recreation facilities, including the fitness center, gymnasiums, pool and turf fields.

Starting in August 2015, the campus recreation department will begin an extensive expansion to Burdick Hall that will provide the TU community with increased space for recreational activities within modern facilities. The expansion is set for completion in 2017.

When you're not playing with your intramural team, wear your stripes and cheer on the Tigers to victory in Division I competition. From football to gymnastics, there is a sport for every enthusiast. Whether in Johnny Unitas Stadium, SECU Arena, Burdick Field or on our competitors' fields, the Tiger student-athletes rely on their fans for support.
