Graduate Student Assistantship Towson University offers a number of assistantships that provide graduate students with professional experiences within their academic programs and/or other university units. Graduate students receive a stipend and tuition waiver as part of their assistantships.

The Writing Center The Writing Center is available for graduate students seeking assistance in formal writing and in research design and statistics. It is located in Rm. 5330 LA Building, 410-704-3426, under the supervision of the Writing Lab director. It is recommended that you make an appointment in advance.

Graduate Thesis Guidelines
A clear, bulleted checklist of guidelines pertaining to a graduate thesis is available from the Office of Graduate Studies. Please refer to this Graduate Thesis Guidelines (PDF) for any question related to formatting.

Undergraduate Research Conducting research as an undergraduate is an excellent way to prepare for post-graduate careers and graduate studies. The Office of Undergraduate Research offers mentoring and funding opportunities to students interested in original scholarly activities.
