Community Service hosts service events throughout the year on-campus. Check our events page for the most current details on each of the below and more.
Donating an hour or two hour of your time to remove litter and debris from a campus stream will help improve our environment and continue to keep TU beautiful. Just send one team leader to pick up the trash bags and gloves in Student Activities. They will be given a sign-in sheet for all other team members to register.
Student organizations can schedule an Adopt-A-Campus for a date and time that works best for them by emailing Corinne DeRoberts at email@example.com.
EduCycle Computer Reconditioning Program
The Office of Technology Services takes campus computers and reconditions them to make them usable again. They can take volunteers Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. at Cook Library to file, update spreadsheets, and organize the computers. Students can email Julie Leary at firstname.lastname@example.org.
First Fridays gives students an opportunity to volunteer at various organizations on the first Friday of every month. Transportation will be provided and each month we will serve at a different organization.
This event runs from September to May. Students may pre-register online.
