The Interfraternity Council is one of the largest student organizations on campus. The IFC is composed of delegates from each recognized NIC fraternity chapter and an executive board. Currently there are ten (10) men’s national/international social fraternities at Towson University that gives members opportunities in leadership roles and involvement in a wide range of community service, social, academic, athletic and philanthropic activities. Panhellenic Association (PHA)
The Panhellenic Association is the local administrative body composed of one or more delegates from each collegiate chapter of a NPC sororities on campus. The Panhellenic Association is comprised of ten (10) women’s national/international social sorority chapters. The Panhellenic Association engages in philanthropic, academic, social, and community service endeavors throughout the year. A cooperative spirit and emphasis on teamwork are two (2) key characteristics of this group. The NPHC is the governing council for seven (7) historically African-American fraternities and sororities on campus. The member chapters of this council work to encourage high scholastic achievement, service to the community, promote unity, develop leadership skills, enhance the educational and social life of minority communities, and provide a forum for addressing items of mutual concern.

Unified Greek Council (UGC)
The UGC is the governing council for seven (4) historically multicultural fraternities and sororities on campus. The purpose of Unified Greek Council is to enhance sisterhood, brotherhood, service, fundraising, educational and individual success of its member sororities and fraternities through experience, leadership, and maintenance of council membership guidelines. The UGC will be committed to advocating for the needs of it's member organizations and for the Towson University community. The council will also continue to enrich the college experience among Towson university students. Through the trademarks of character, leadership, values and recruitment, the member organizations will advance to exemplify unity, and, to promote unity on this campus.
